Every two years the priests of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis gather for an Assembly of all the priests serving in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The Archbishop believes that this is a very important gathering and so he asks that all other obligations be deferred until after the Assembly.
